The basic blouse got a timely revamp for fall with a fresh menswear inspired cut and buttery silk, courtesy of Equipment. Very much like the Equipment label itself, recently revived by Serge Azria the CEO of Joie and Current/Elliot (with original founder Christian Restoin collaborating- yes that Restoin, as in Carine Roitfeld's long time partner!). With a genealogy like that it sounds like a match made in heaven.

Vogue's Nantucket Guide 2010

Loving Vogue's 2010 Guide to a Nantucket weekend.... Check it out here. It's got pretty much everything covered but here are a few light-hearted revisions from yours truly:

EAT (DRINK) PLAY LOVE SHOP:
Try out Fresh, the new sandwich shop in town - have been loving the Nantucket Babe with ham and brie. mmmm....

Make a picnic and head out to Great Point for the sunset. You can pick up everything in Sconset on your way out - curried chicken salad, pasta salad, fresh french bread at 4pm (get there then or it will sell out) - all at the Sconset Market, a bottle of wine and plastic cups from the wine shop (don't forget a cork screw!)

Also, make sure to stop by CurrentVintage for vintage Lilly Pullitzer, floor length flowy dresses, and perfectly patterned preppy skirts and mexican tops! Their jewelry collection is great too.
